The main responsibility of service is to counsel and provide expert advice for MP´s, committees, factions and Chancellery of the Riigikogu in execution of constitutional tasks to support the knowledge-based parliamentary debate.

Service:

• prepares written works and answers to the information request concerned the legal-, economic-, social issues and public administration;
• provides Riigikogu with the information and expert opinions for draft acts;
• orders the studies and expert opinions needed for the Riigikogu;
• etc.
