National Library of Estonia has compiled a collection of the biographies of the members of the Riigikogu using questionnaire-based information
This authoritative work on architectural history was compiled by art historians Rein Zobel, Juhan Maiste and Mart Kalm, laid out by Peeter Laurits and edited by Harry Liivrand.

Three distinguished Estonian art historians analyse the shaping of the Toompea Castle from the architectural point of view, but also discuss the construction of the centuries-old castle complex against the backdrop of political and economic changes and shifts in mentality. Every chapter contains new and previously unpublished (art) historical material which goes a long way to improve our knowledge of the best known castle complex in Estonia. The book also contains many previously published photographs, building plans, projects and sketches.

In the album “Riigikogu in Toompea Castle” Mart Kalm portrays the Toompea Castle as a stronghold of power through the ages, Juta Kivimäe writes about depictions of the Toompea Castle in art, and Jüri Ruus gives an overview of the Estonian constitutional democracy and the Riigikogu.
Photo credits include Peeter Säre, Malev Toom, and others.
The album with its photographs by Peeter Säre and drawings by Jaagup Roomet presents the Toompea Castle and the building of the Riigikogu, and through it, different eras of Estonia's history.
