THE RIIGIKOGU INFORMATION CENTRE, where you can: 

• Find information about legislation, the work, functions and history of the Riigikogu
  You can get answers to your questions in the Centre, over the telephone, by fax and e-mail.
• Use the computer
  Interested persons can get assistance in finding information about the Riigikogu on its web site as well as other necessary information on the sites of the government network. 
• Watch the coverage of sittings of the Riigikogu on internal TV. 
• Read and, if necessary, take with you or get a copy of information materials, including agendas of the Riigikogu, draft legislation etc. 
• Read and, if necessary, get a copy of publications of the Riigikogu: the Riigikogu Weekly Record, Riigikogu Toimetised – Journal of the Estonian Parliament, albums of the Riigikogu etc.
