According to the agenda approved by the Riigikogu, 27 items will be deliberated in this working week. 

On Tuesday, the Bill on Amendments to the Republic of Estonia Principles of Ownership Reform Act and Amendments to Other Associated Acts (480 SE) will be at the third reading. The Bill on Amendments to the Value Added Tax Act and the Accounting Act (493 SE); the Bill on Amendments to the Labour Market Services and Benefits Act, the Unemployment Insurance Act and the State Family Benefits Act (517 SE) and the Bill on Amendments to the Land Reform Act and Other Acts (516 SE) will be deliberated at the second reading. The Bill on Amendments to the Public Service Act (512 SE); the Bill on Amendments to the Restrictions on Acquisition of Immovables Act (502 SE) and the Bill on Amendments to § 32 of the State Budget Act (547 SE) will be at the first reading. 

On Wednesday, the Sworn Translators Bill (460 SE) and the State Budget of 2014 Bill (490 SE) will be at the third reading, and the deliberation of the Bill on Amendments to the Value Added Tax Act and the Accounting Act (493 SE) is also on the agenda. Draft Resolutions on extension of the Defence Forces missions (531 OE); (528 OE); (527 OE); (526 OE); (530 OE); (525 OE) will be at the second reading. The Bill on Amendments to the Law of Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act (505 SE); the Bill on Amendments to the European Parliament Election Act (520 SE); the Bill on Amendments to the Creative Persons and Artistic Associations Act and Amendments to Other Associated Acts (522 SE), as well as the Bills on ratification of agreements for the avoidance of double taxation between the governments of Estonia and Uzbekistan (523 SE); the governments of Estonia and Bahrain (537 SE) and the governments of Estonia and Thailand (538 SE) will also be at the second reading. 

On Thursday, the matter of significant national importance “Organisation of the maintenance of local roads” will be deliberated. The Bill on Amendments to the Law of Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act (505 SE) and the Bill on Amendments to the Labour Market Services and Benefits Act, the Unemployment Insurance Act and the State Family Benefits Act (517 SE) are scheduled for the third reading. The Bill on Amendments to the Study Allowances and Study Loans Act (478 SE) and the Bill on Amendments to the Defence League Act (458 SE) will be at the second reading.
