7 Bills were deliberated at the sitting.

The Riigikogu concluded the second reading of the Bill on Amendments to the Riigikogu Election Act, Referendum Act and European Parliament Election Act (836 SE), initiated by the Constitutional Committee. The relevant Election Acts need to be amended in order that the existing e-voting system could be implemented at the elections of the Riigikogu as well as the European Parliament.

The second reading of the Bill on Amendments to the Blood Act (894 SE), initiated by the Government of the Republic, and the Bill on Amendments to the Citizenship Act, Punishment Register Act and to the State Fees Act Arising Therefrom (883 SE), initiated by the Government of the Republic, were also concluded.

The second reading of the Bill on Amendments to § 181 of the Customs Act (577 SE), initiated by Member of the Riigikogu Evelyn Sepp, was suspended with 42 votes in favour (14 against).

The Riigikogu concluded the first reading of the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu On Amendments to the Resolution of the Riigikogu On the Formation of the Committee of Investigation for Ascertaining the Circumstances Related to the Export of Military Equipment from the Territory of the Republic of Estonia in 1994 (904 OE), submitted by the Committee of Investigation of the Riigikogu, investigating the export of military equipment.

The first reading of the Bill on Amendments to the Political Parties Act and Associated Acts (875 SE), initiated by the Isamaaliit Faction, was also concluded. The motion of the Constitutional Committee to reject the Bill from the legislative proceeding was not supported. 19 members of the Riigikogu voted in favour of the motion and 49 members of the Riigikogu against it. 

On the motion of the Reform Party Faction the Riigikogu rejected the Bill onAmendments to the Penal Code(867 SE), initiated by the Res Publica Faction, from the legislative proceeding. 42 members of the Riigikogu voted in favour of the motion and 22 members of the Riigikogu against it.
