The replies to two interpellations were heard in the Riigikogu. 

Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications Meelis Atonen replied to the interpellation concerning the implementation of housing policy and the development plan for housing for the years 2003-2008, submitted on October 23 by Members of the Riigikogu Marika Tuus, Evelyn Sepp, Vladimir Velman, Vilja Savisaar, Jüri ?ehovtsov and Nelli Privalova. Mr. Atonen also replied to the interpellation concerning corruption in a state-owned enterprise, submitted on October 23 by Members of the Riigikogu Evelyn Sepp, Ain Seppik and Olev Laanjärv. 

The Riigikogu also approved (with 46 votes in favour, 40 votes against) the amendments to the agenda for the working week. In case the Riigikogu concludes the second reading of the Bill on Amendments to the Precious Metal Products Bill (176 SE), initiated by the Economic Affairs Committee, on Tuesday, the third reading will take place on Thursday. On the motion of the Centre Party, the first reading of the Draft Resolution of the Riigikogu On the Formation of the Riigikogu Study Committee to Review Employment Problems in Ida-Virumaa and Southeast Estonia (168 OE), initiated by Members of the Riigikogu Mihhail Stalnuhhin, Eldar Efendijev, Heimar Lenk, Toomas Varek, Kaarel Pürg and Robert Lepikson, will be withdrawn from the agenda for the working week; the Parental Benefits Bill (125 SE), initiated by the Government of the Republic, planned for Wednesday, will also be withdrawn from the agenda for the working week.  

During the open microphone Mihhail Stalnuhhin and Toomas Alatalu took the floor.
