Minister of Internal Affairs Margus Leivo replied to the interpellation concerning the procedure for keeping detained persons and persons taken into custody in the police detention houses, submitted on November 17 by Members of the Riigikogu Liina Tõnisson, Ain Seppik and Olev Laanjärv.
