The Riigikogu made amendments to the agenda for the working week. On the motion of the Constitutional Committee the second reading of the Bill on the Ratification of the Constitution of the International Organization for Migration (448 SE), initiated by the Government of the Republic, will be held on Wednesday.

Minister of the Environment Villu Reiljan replied to the interpellation (No. 111) concerning the excise duty on packaging, submitted by two members of the Isamaaliit Faction.

Minister of Internal Affairs Margus Leivo replied to the interpellation (No. 115) concerning the population policy, submitted by four members of the Estonian Centre Party Faction.
