In order to view the sitting of the Riigikogu live via Internet, the Internet connection, sound card and the necessary software are required.

The live coverage of the sitting of the Riigikogu may be viewed via Windows Media at http://www.riigikogu.ee/live/otse.asx. 128 Kbit/sec Internet dial-up speed is necessary. Minimum 9.0 version of the Windows Media Player is recommended, which may be downloaded at the Microsoft web page. The coverage starts 5 minutes before the beginning of the sitting.

Sittings of the plenary assembly of the Riigikogu take place:

On Mondays:
15.00 - beginning of sittings of the Riigikogu where answers are provided to inquiries. Then microphone is open to unscheduled statements of the Riigikogu until everybody wishing to speak has got the floor.

On Tuesdays:
10.00 - 13.00

On Wednesdays:
13.00 - 14.00 Question Time. At 14.00 sitting of the Riigikogu begins and continues until the Riigikogu has deliberated all the bills on the order of business submitted by the Government of the Republic.

On Thursdays:
10.00 - 13.00
